Jewellery Orders:


All our packaging is eco-friendly and recyclable, including the jewellery box itself! The FSC® mark guarantees that "all materials come from an FSC® forest, where no more wood is cut down than the forest can reproduce. This means better protection of the animal and plant life and all foresters have proper training, safety equipment and a decent wage."


Our jewellery boxes also do not contain any tarnish-accelerating materials, making them perfect for keeping your Phoebe Lune pieces shinier for longer.


Do you offer custom orders?

Yes! If you see any pieces on my website that you would like to alter (for example, a different stone/size or replacing a hook with a mini hoop for stretched ears) or have any enquires about a complete custom piece of jewellery, don't hesitate to contact me here. I'm more than happy to help create the perfect piece of jewellery made just for you.


Do you use real gemstones?

All gemstones listed on my website are genuine, high quality gemstones and crystals.


How to care for your Phoebe Lune jewellery:


As most of our products are gold-plated, natural tarnishing may occur over time. However, there are some jewellery care tips you can use to keep your pieces looking fresh for longer!


Our Phoebe Lune boxes are great for keeping your jewels sparkly as they're made from tarnish-free chemicals. Keeping your jewellery in the original box is the best method for protecting it and prevents any bumping against your other pieces.


Remove your jewellery before bathing, swimming or heavy exercise. For bracelets/rings, also be careful when washing your hands and check that your piece is dry after washing.


Avoid spraying perfume directly onto your jewellery. We recommend putting on any perfume beforehand and making sure that the area your pieces will sit are dry first.

Print Orders:


What will my photo be printed on?

All orders are printed on professional, high quality C-Type Fuji Gloss paper. All my love has gone into finding top quality printing companies to ensure that every detail is perfectly placed into your hands.

 

Will my order include a frame?

Your prints will arrive unframed and unmounted so you have freedom to choose the perfect frame to fit or mount for your photos.


Do you offer returns?

Returns are not accepted but please contact me here if you have any issues with your order. All orders are hand-packed in a COVID-free environment and wrapped by me so you can be sure that everything is taken care of with a personal touch for the best results.

 

What happens if the name on my card is not the name I want to use on my order?

If you have any queries regarding your order or would like to change the name the item is addressed to, please don’t hesitate to send me a message here. As long as the order has not yet been dispatched, there is no difficulty in making amendments to this.

 

When will my order arrive?

All orders will be dispatched with signed for shipping within 1-3 days. You will be notified when the order has been dispatched.

First Class: 1-2 working days after dispatch

Second Class: 2-4 working days after dispatch

Please keep in mind that some orders may be delayed due to COVID-19.

 

Do you ship internationally?

We do not currently ship our prints internationally.


I want to buy one of your images but it's not listed on your shop. What should I do?

If there's an image you have your heart set on that you have seen on my website or social media accounts, let me know! I'm more than happy to order in any custom requests that are not currently in stock. Even better, you can choose from a whole range of sizes. Please keep in mind that these prices may vary depending on size and one-off orders.


I'd love to tip you but do not live in the UK. What should I do?

Firstly, thank you! Your support means the world to me. Despite not shipping internationally, you can tip from anywhere around the world! Just make sure you select the amount you'd like to send on my virtual tip jar and there will be no delivery cost at checkout.

Can I order an image in a size that's not listed on your website?

Yes! Custom sizes are available on request. However, please note that special requests will take longer to process and prices may vary.
